Can Chinese be set to justify?

Justification is a way to beautify the text of a paragraph by aligning the ends of the paragraph with the border. However, the justification at both ends only works for the whole paragraph of English, not for Chinese. This is because English paragraphs preserve the integrity of words when they are wrapped. The entire word will wrap together, so the two ends of the paragraph may not be aligned. Justification can only work for this kind of unaligned paragraphs. However, in Chinese paragraphs, since each text and symbol have the same width, the paragraph is aligned during line breaks, so it is natural that there is no need to use both ends alignment.
