Como evitar a duplicação de páginas de formulários

Em muitos sítios onde os formulários são submetidos com dados, é fácil encontrar uma situação em que o utilizador regressa à página antes de o formulário ser submetido através do botão de retorno do navegador, e depois submete o formulário várias vezes.

Para evitar submeter dados duplicados, pode usar JavaScript para adicionar um simples pedaço de código dentro da etiqueta da cabeça de uma página web para desactivar o browser de gravar o histórico.

JavaScript:window.history.forward(1);

Isto irá então desactivar o browser de gravar o histórico da página anterior, impedindo os utilizadores de submeterem dados duplicados.
