Cómo evitar el envío de formularios duplicados

En muchos sitios en los que se envían formularios con datos, es fácil encontrarse con una situación en la que el usuario vuelve a la página anterior al envío del formulario a través del botón de retroceso del navegador, y luego envía el formulario varias veces.

Para evitar el envío de datos duplicados, puede utilizar JavaScript para añadir un simple trozo de código dentro de la etiqueta head de una página web para desactivar el registro del historial por parte del navegador.

JavaScript:window.history.forward(1);

De este modo, el navegador dejará de registrar el historial de la página anterior, evitando que los usuarios envíen datos duplicados.
